Clark
Peterson is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on high profile
criminal jury trials and family law cases. Clark was previously
a Chief Deputy District Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he
was the Capital Case Coordinator handling all death penalty cases
in Southern Nevada, a member of the Sexual Assault Unit focusing
on high profile sex crimes, and the head of the Vehicular Crimes
Unit responsible for prosecuting all alcohol and drug related driving
offenses in Las Vegas.
Clark graduated in the top of his class from Loyola Law School in
Los Angeles. He was selected for the Law Review where he was an
editor and author. Clark won the AmJur Award for Trial Advocacy
and was the winner of the William S. Byrd Trial Advocacy Competition.
Clark has taught trial advocacy nationally to other attorneys at
the National Advocacy Center in South Carolina and has taught search
and seizure law to prosecutors and law enforcement. Clark is licensed
in Idaho, California and Nevada. |
